FAQ
Common questions
What is the Setup fee?
Setup is a one-time onboarding fee that builds your AI Brand Kit and, from Premium up, your AI workflows. Everything we make each month builds on it.
Can we upgrade or downgrade?
You can upgrade anytime by paying the difference in Setup fees, effective the 1st of the next month. Downgrades are available after the minimum term with 30 days’ notice and no new Setup fee. When moving from Premium to Plus, your workflows are handed over as-is with documentation and are no longer maintained by us.
Does monthly content include video?
Monthly content means graphic posts or carousels with copy, not video. Photo and video production can be quoted separately, with priority booking on Heavy.
Does unused content roll over?
No, content is counted per month. We plan the calendar ahead so each month’s allowance gets used.
Why are Premium and Heavy limited?
Every plan is looked after by real people, so we only take on what we can do well. When slots are full, we keep a waitlist.
